FAQs

What is ESET?
ESET is a leading online security provider for companies of all sizes, home users, and mobile phone users. It is dedicated to developing high-performing security solutions, which detect and disable all known and emerging forms of malware to help clients maintain maximum protection across all environments – mobiles, laptops, computers, tablet devices and so on. The superior detection capabilities continue to be recognised by independent anti-malware testing organisations. You can find out more about ESET here: www.eset.co.uk

Why has ESET launched these awards?
The Internet is an incredible resource and more and more of us are using it in our everyday lives, be it to work, study, shop, bank or book holidays. As an online security provider, ESET takes cyber safety very seriously and wants to see everyone exploring the Internet in a secure way. There are people across the UK using their time to educate others about how to keep safe online and we felt it was time for those individuals, organisations, charities and companies to be recognised for the fantastic work they’re doing.
